If for any reason you are not satisfied with the rod/reel service, item(s) that were purchased from Reel Improvements, below is our return and warranty policies
All returns need to be completed within 7 days of the original purchase.

All new purchased items being returned need to have the ability to be resold as a new item.

All new purchase returns need to be returned in the same condition as purchased.

All tags and stickers need to be present and in place on the item being returned.

Reel Improvements may charge a 20% restocking fee on returned items.

Reel Rod Service - We take great pride in our reel service and rod service. We ask the customer to check and inspect the item before leaving our facilities. If the item appears to be faulty from the services recently rendered "7 Days", Reel Improvements stands behind our craftsmanship 100%.

Cash Returns - Cash refunds will only be given with a valid receipt showing the original form of payment for purchase as cash.

Credit Card Returns - All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that the merchandise was purchased on. In the event there is no receipt showing credit card used or credit card is not available, Reel Improvements will issue a store credit in the form of a Gift Card.

Check Returns - All check purchases will be refunded 14 days after the original check has cleared. The check refund will be in the form of a Reel Improvements Check made payable to the customers name on the original check.

Special Order / Custom Order - If a customer specifically orders an item that Reel Improvements has shipped in or has custom made, no returns are excepted.

In store Credit - In store credit will be given in the form of a gift certificate.
